Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. teamed up with Gospace AI Ltd. to create an artificial intelligence-powered occupancy planning and management software solution.
JLL's newest offering will utilize Gospace's "artificially intelligent dynamic resource allocation engine" to help occupancy planners manage the number of people in an area.
The program will be executed by using data gathered via artificial intelligence, running daily simulations to manage dynamic zones instead of static space assignments and presenting smart space reservations autonomously.
It is part of the real estate and investment management services company's product suite focused on workplace planning and management.
GoSpace is a U.K.-based company that develops software focused on resource allocation for corporate real estate.
