Infosys unit acquires new-business, underwriting platform from STEP Solutions

Infosys McCamish Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Infosys Ltd., has acquired a new-business and underwriting platform from STEP Solutions Group LLC.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

STEP Solutions, which is an affiliate of Dillon Kane Group LLC, offers technology solutions in insurance underwriting and new business.

Sherman & Company acted as financial adviser to STEP Solutions on the deal.
