Burlington, Wash.-based SaviBank buying branch from Coastal Community Bank

Burlington, Wash.-based Savi Financial Corp. Inc. subsidiary SaviBank will buy Everett, Wash.-based Coastal Community Bank's branch at 1737 Main Street, Freeland, Wash., together with deposits of approximately $24 million.

The purchase price was not disclosed, and the deal is expected to close in the second quarter.

Upon closing, SaviBank will relocate from its current branch in Freeland at 5575 Harbor Avenue to the purchased branch.
