Brevan Howard Asset Management LLP CEO Aron Landy is looking to shift the U.K.-based company away from its current state as a founder-led hedge fund toward a wider financial services business, Bloomberg News reported.
Alan Howard, a co-founder of the company, stepped away from running its day-to-day operations in October 2019 to focus on his own trading activities.
Landy told the news agency that the move will make the company more resilient, but that the group plans to stick to its roots in core macro, relative value and derivatives trading.
