Ares Management shareholders OK new charter related to reorganization

Ares Management Corp. stockholders representing a majority of the voting power of the company's class A and class C common stock combined approved a new charter related to an internal reorganization that is expected to happen on or about April 1.

The reorganization will consist of, among other matters, a merger of Ares Investments LP and Ares Offshore Holdings LP with and into Ares Holdings LP.
