Stone Ridge Insurance acquires John Stark & Co.

Stone Ridge Insurance Brokers has acquired John Stark & Co. to expand its personal, commercial and life insurance offerings.

The company has completed five transactions in 2021. One more deal is expected to be completed by year-end, according to Stone Ridge Insurance Brokers CEO and President Ted Puccini. Two more transactions are expected to close in early 2022.

John Stark is the eighth investment that Stone Ridge Insurance Brokers has made since partnering with CIVC Partners LP in November 2019.
