ReSource Pro nets debt backing buyout by Kelso & Co.

ReSource Pro LLC received loans backing a buyout of the company by Kelso & Co., market sources said. Benefit Street Partners was a lender, market sources said.

The transaction closed this month, according to a statement today from the companies.

New York-based ReSource Pro provides business process solutions to the property and casualty insurance industry.
