Lancium Technologies Corp. leased 30,000 square feet of space at The Howard Hughes Corp.'s office tower at 9950 Woodloch Forest Drive in The Woodlands, Texas, the Houston Business Journal reported, citing Michael McNamara, the energy technology and infrastructure company's co-founder and CEO.
The new space encompassing the entire 16th floor of the property will serve as Lancium's new headquarters. The tenant plans to occupy the new space starting in late spring 2022, after demolition and buildout.
Lancium will maintain a 35,000-square-foot warehouse at 6006 Thomas Road in Houston for its research and development initiatives, according to the publication.
