AssuredPartners Inc. promoted Joe Guercio to COO of retail, effective Jan. 1, 2022.

Guercio joined AssuredPartners in 2016 as vice president of operations.

Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. named Christian Dunleavy to the newly created role of group chief underwriting officer, Reinsurance News reported.

Dunleavy serves as chief underwriting officer of Aspen Re and CEO and chief underwriting officer of Aspen Bermuda Ltd.

Aspen Insurance also appointed Andrew Rippert chief underwriting officer of reinsurance and Beatrice Morley head of international reinsurance. Mark Pickering will assume an additional role, CEO of Aspen Bermuda.
