BOK Financial president/CEO to retire at year-end

Steven Bradshaw will retire as president and CEO of Tulsa, Okla.-based BOK Financial Corp. as of Dec. 31.

COO Stacy Kymes, who was announced in August as incoming president and CEO, will assume the company's leadership role as of Jan. 1, 2022.
