The Blackstone Group priced its 15th CLO of the year today. The $505.7 million Stratus CLO 2021-2 came via arranger Citigroup, according to market sources.
The 15 deals issued by Blackstone are the most for any U.S. collateral manager this year, and the tally represents the most ever in a single calendar year for one firm. Blackstone's deal issuance for 2021 sits at $8.578 billion.
Deal details are as follows:

Terms include a coupon of L+90 on a $340 million class A notes tranche. The deal has a one-year non-call period and no reinvestment period.
The final legal maturity is Dec. 28, 2029. The expected closing date is Dec. 28.
The collateral manager is Blackstone Liquid Credit Strategies LLC.
