Artis REIT declares special distribution

Artis Real Estate Investment Trust's trustees declared a special distribution of C$2.39 per trust unit.

The special distribution will comprise of 32 Canadian cents per unit payable in cash and C$2.07 per unit payable in units.

The special distribution will be paid Dec. 31 to unitholders of record at the close of business that day. Payment of the cash distribution will be made as soon as practicable after the payable date.

Artis noted that the special distribution is in addition to the monthly distributions totaling 59.27 cents per unit during 2021. As of Dec. 20, there were an aggregate of 124,555,206 units issued and outstanding.
