JDS Development Group LLC and Baupost Group LLC agreed to sell two luxury apartment buildings in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan, N.Y., to Black Spruce Management LLC for $850 million, the New York Business Journal reported, citing unnamed sources.
The American Copper Buildings, which are connected by a three-story bridge, include 600 market-rate and 160 rent-stabilized units, along with other amenities, the report said.
Cushman and Wakefield, which brokered the deal, declined the publication's request for comment.
