Amazon signs full-building lease at Domain 9 office tower in Austin

Amazon.com Inc. signed a 330,000-square-foot lease at the Domain 9 office tower in Austin, Texas, taking full occupancy of the building.

The landlord, Cousins Properties Inc., said Amazon plans to occupy the new space in Domain 9 in three phases beginning in the first quarter of 2024. Amazon employs more than 3,000 people in Austin and leases space at several other Cousins Properties developments within the Domain submarket.
