AMAROK nets financing backing buyout by Northleaf Capital, AVALT

AMAROK LLC received debt financing backing an acquisition of the company by Northleaf Capital Partners and AVALT, according to a company statement. Golub Capital LLC was the lender.

AMAROK company management will retain a minority stake.

AMAROK installs and maintains solar-powered electric fences and perimeter security solutions.
