Acrisure acquires certain operations of SUNZ Insurance

Acrisure LLC acquired the managing general agency and third-party administrator operations of SUNZ Insurance Co.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

As a part of the deal, the company acquired Next Level Administrators, a third-party administrator; Watchpoint, a special investigation unit; Ascential Care partners, nurse case management and utilization review; Avalon, claims subrogation; and Accelevant Premium Audit.
