Hotel franchising company Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is set to expand its Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham brand with a quintet of new hotels across five markets in Oregon.
The hotels in Florence, Ashland, Salem, Bend and Hood River will be owned by Braun Hospitality LLC, which will oversee and manage the development of the assets.
The planned hotels include the 86-room Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ashland, the 81-room Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence and the 74-room Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salem. The other two hotels are Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hood River and Microtel Inn & Suites Bend, which will feature 86 rooms each.
Wyndham said the properties will be developed using Moda, Microtel's select-service hotel prototype that aims to offer approximately 70% revenue-producing square footage.
