Wells Fargo prices $444.2M CFIP 2021-1 CLO for CFI Partners

Wells Fargo on Wednesday priced the $444.2 million CFIP 2021-1 CLO for CFI Partners LLC.

The transaction, which represents the manager's first CLO of 2021, has a triple-A coupon of L+122.

Deal details are as follows:

The non-call period is for two years and the reinvestment period ends in 5.12 years, according to market sources.

CFI (Chicago Fundamental Investment) has not issued a CLO since 2018, when it priced the $428 million CFIP CLO 2018-1, also via Wells Fargo.
