OneSpan names president/CEO

OneSpan Inc. appointed Matthew Moynahan president and CEO, effective Nov. 29.

Moynahan, who most recently was CEO of cybersecurity solutions provider Forcepoint LLC, takes over from Steven Worth, who has been OneSpan's interim president and CEO since August.

Worth will continue as general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary.
