Mixpanel obtains $200M in series C growth investment from Bain Capital

Mixpanel Inc. received a $200 million series C growth investment from Bain Capital Private Equity LP's Bain Capital Tech Opportunities Fund.

The round values the product analytics company at $1.05 billion.

Mixpanel will use the fresh capital to boost product development and to expand its reach to new digital businesses.
