Guidehouse nets $2.85B unitranche financing for M&A

Guidehouse LLP received a $2.85 billion unitranche financing package backing an acquisition, market sources said. Blackstone Credit led the transaction.

No further details were available.

Guidehouse provides consulting services, including in management, technology and risk consulting. The Washington, D.C.-based company employs over 7,000 in more than 50 locations.

Guidehouse is a portfolio company of private equity firm Veritas Capital.
