JPMorgan Chase & Co.-backed financial technology firm InvestCloud Inc. is considering going public in 2022, Bloomberg News reported Nov. 16, citing people familiar with the matter.
Amid strong demand for asset management software providers, the fintech company is in discussions with potential advisers for an IPO that could value it at $8 billion to $10 billion, according to the report.
A final decision has not yet been made, and InvestCloud could choose to remain private, the news outlet noted.
An InvestCloud representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Bloomberg.
