* Entergy Corp. Treasurer Steve McNeal plans to retire in spring 2022. Barrett Green will succeed McNeal in early 2022.

* Spire Inc. named Carrie Hightman to its board of directors, effective Nov. 11, according to a Nov. 12 news release.

* Crestwood Equity Partners LP's general partner appointed Angela Minas and Clay Williams to serve on its board of directors effective Jan. 1, 2022, according to a Nov. 11 news release.

* HollyFrontier Corp. promoted Tim Go to the position of president and COO, effective Nov. 10, according to a same-day news release.

* Southwest Gas Holdings Inc. appointed E. Renae Conley and Carlos Ruisanchez as board members effective Jan. 1, 2022. Current Chairman Michael Melarkey and Director Stephen Comer will retire at the company's 2022 annual shareholder meeting, with Robert Boughner replacing Melarkey as chair.
