EnerDynamic to change name to Net Zero Renewable Energy

Renewable technology provider EnerDynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. is changing its name to Net Zero Renewable Energy Ltd.

The name change is part of its integration with Windular Research and Technologies Inc., which the company was granted conditional approval to acquire earlier in 2021 and is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, according to a news release. The company also plans to change its trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange to NZRE, subject to the TSX Exchange's approval, according to a Nov. 9 news release.

The company scheduled a shareholders meeting for Jan. 11, 2022. Shareholders of record Nov. 29, 2021, will be eligible to vote in the meeting on the name change and other matters, the release added.
