* Cinven Ltd. agreed to buy a majority stake in global contract research organization BioAgilytix Labs LLC and existing majority investor Cobepa SA will continue as a significant minority investor in the business. The transaction serves as an exit for GHO Capital Partners LLP. BofA Securities was lead financial adviser to BioAgilytix, William Blair and Lazard were its co-advisers, White & Case was its legal adviser, and Deloitte LLP was its accounting and tax adviser. Ropes & Gray was legal adviser to GHO and Deloitte LLP was its tax adviser.
* Permira Advisers Ltd. invested $150 million in outdoor digital guide AllTrails LLC from its growth fund, with Spectrum Equity Management LP remaining as the company's majority shareholder.
* TA Associates Management LP and True Wind Capital Management LP made a strategic growth investment in global enterprise software provider e-Emphasys Technologies Inc. Kirkland & Ellis LLP was TA and True Wind's legal adviser, while Presidio Technology Partners and Portico Capital Advisors were their financial advisers. Wyrick Robbins was e-Emphasys' legal adviser, and Canaccord Genuity was its financial adviser.
* BGF Investment Management Ltd. invested £8.7 million in U.K.-based IT business Kick ICT Group Ltd.
* Middle-market private equity firm LDC (Managers) Ltd. divested lifestyle products company Paladone to IVEST Consumer Partners. Lincoln International, DLA Piper, FRP Corporate Finance, RSM and CIL were advisers to Paladone.
* HgCapital LLP agreed to make a significant minority investment in revenue operations software company Revalize Inc., which is backed by TA Associates and ST6.
* One of Rockland Capital LP's funds bought the entire interests in Chamon and Port Comfort, two natural gas-fired power plants in Houston and Point Comfort, Texas, through Texas Peaker Power from a JDH Capital Co. affiliate.
* BP Ventures Ltd., the British oil company BP PLC's venture capital arm, is in discussions with Indian companies focused on electric vehicle charging infrastructure, battery swapping, energy storage, electric scooters and last-mile logistics as it plans to have up to a third of its new investments in India targeting clean mobility drive, Reuters reported, citing Sophia Nadur, a managing partner at BP Ventures.
* RoundTable Healthcare Partners' Equity Fund V financed Healthcare Components Group's purchase of endoscopy equipment maker Endoscopy Development Co. LLC. The acquisition was funded through a combination of incremental senior debt and an incremental equity investment from the fund. Capital One Healthcare and CIBC Bank participated in the incremental senior credit facility. Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP was RoundTable's legal adviser. Lincoln International LLC and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP were Endoscopy Development's advisers.
