Confie division acquires Texas-based insurance agency

Confie division Freeway Insurance has acquired AutoPartners Insurance Agency Inc.

AutoPartners Insurance sells auto insurance, as well as homeowners and renters policies.

Following the deal, Freeway Insurance will retain AutoPartners Insurance employees and maintain the agency's 17 retail locations across Texas.
