Arkadios Capital acquires California-based broker/dealer, RIA

Atlanta-based Arkadios Capital acquired Petaluma, Calif.-based independent broker/dealer Investment Architects Inc. and its affiliated registered investment adviser, Resource Investment Architects Inc.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the news release.

Founded by David Haddock, Investment Architects has offices in California, Nevada and Washington. The acquisition expands Arkadios' geographical footprint, which now includes the Southeastern, Northeastern and Midwestern United States and Puerto Rico, according to a news release.
