Anthem acquiring New York-based Integra Managed Care

Anthem Inc. is acquiring New York-based Integra Managed Care from a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Personal Touch Holding Corp., subject to customary closing conditions.

The acquisition is expected to close by the end of the second quarter of 2022. Financial terms were not disclosed

Upon closing, Integra will join Anthem's government business division.

White & Case, Hinman Straub, and Lewis Rice are serving as Anthem's legal advisers. Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, Greenberg Traurig, and ESOP Law Group are acting as legal advisers for Integra. Stifel acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Integra in the deal.
