Texas-based First Financial Bank names Conroe region president

Abilene, Texas-based First Financial Bank NA promoted Chris Baughman to president of the Conroe region.

Baughman, most recently executive vice president in the same region, will replace Sam Baker, who will retire in March 2022.

FirstBank Florida, a unit of First BanCorp., named Jose Maria Lacasa executive vice president and business director, effective immediately.

Lacasa previously led the bank's corporate banking and cash management teams.

New Orleans-based Fidelity Bank added Todd Schnexnayder, its retiring chief human resources officer, to its board, BizNewOrleans.com reported.

Schnexnayder has headed the bank's human resources division since 2016, according to the report.
