Advent eyes $25B for new buyout fund – Bloomberg

Advent International Corp. is looking to raise roughly $25 billion for a new flagship buyout fund and potentially start seeking capital commitments in 2022, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The fund reportedly would be the private equity firm's biggest fund to date, although the size or timing of the fundraising could still change.

An Advent representative declined Bloomberg's request for comment.
