WM Partners buys Jade Leaf

WM Partners LP acquired Japanese matcha green tea product provider Jade Leaf LLC.

The middle-market private equity firm invested in the Seattle-headquartered business through HPH II Investments Master Fund LP, together with its parallel and feeder funds.

Lincoln International was financial adviser to Jade Leaf, while BraunHagey & Borden was its legal adviser.

King & Spalding was legal adviser to WM Partners.
