Versant Health names CEO

James Reid will become CEO of Versant Health Inc., a managed vision care subsidiary of MetLife Inc., effective April 1.

He succeeds Kirk Rothrock, who is retiring. Rothrock will remain with Versant through March 31 to assist with the transition.

Most recently, Reid held both domestic and international leadership roles at MetLife.
