Trestle Partners invests in software company Marsello

New York-based Trestle Partners made an undisclosed investment in retail software-as-a-service provider Marsello Ltd.

In a Jan. 19 statement, New Zealand-based Marsello said it will use the fresh capital to expand its business and support the growth of its marketing platform.

Following the investment, Trestle's managing partner, Thomas Babcock, will join Marsello's board.

Trestle Partners is a private investment firm focused on SaaS and e-commerce companies.
