TransDigm completes $965M acquisition of Cobham Aero Connectivity

TransDigm Group Inc. has completed its acquisition of U.K.-based Cobham Aero Connectivity for $965 million.

TransDigm said part of the acquisition amounting to approximately 2% of the total purchase price is still subject to regulatory approval in Finland and is expected to close in the coming weeks.

Cobham Aero Connectivity, which develops antennas and radios for the aerospace end-market, generated about $225 million in revenue in the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2020.
