Tracker Capital buys controlling stake in Presage Security

An affiliate of venture capital firm Tracker Capital Management LLC purchased a controlling stake in Presage Security.

Reston, Va.-based Presage is a recently formed technology venture that uses machine learning and advanced mathematical processing to analyze video imagery for healthcare, security and authenticity verification applications.

Tracker Capital was founded by Stephen Feinberg, co-founder and co-CEO of Cerberus Capital Management LP, as a separate and independent investment vehicle focused on early-stage investments.
