Tishman Speyer sells London building for £160M – Property Week

Tishman Speyer Properties LP off-loaded The Economist magazine's former headquarters building at Smithson Plaza in London's West End in a roughly £160 million deal structured as a corporate share sale, Property Week reported.

The buyer was Portuguese insurer Fidelidade Assistência - Companhia De Seguros SA.

Dentons was legal counsel to Tishman, while Estate Office Property Consultants advised Fidelidade on the transaction, according to the publication.
