The Jordan Co. recapitalizes Innoflight

An affiliate of The Jordan Co. LP closed a strategic investment in Innoflight Holdings LLC

Financial terms of the recapitalization were not disclosed.

San Diego-based Innoflight offers avionics or electronics systems used on satellites.

Innoflight will use the proceeds from the transaction to invest in product design and development.

Mayer Brown LLP acted as The Jordan Co.'s legal counsel. Duff & Phelps Securities served as Innoflight's financial adviser, and Blank Rome LLP and Newport LLP gave legal and strategic advice, respectively.
