Switzerland-based Temenos AG said Alexa Guenoun will replace COO Jean-Michel Hilsenkopf, who is set to retire.
Guenoun, who has been at the company since 2006, will also take over responsibility for global business operations and services delivery and support organization from Colin Jarrett.
The banking software company appointed Jaqueline White to take over Guenoun's previous role as president of Americas.
Additionally, the company promoted David Macdonald, Jean-Paul Mergeai, Deirdre Dempsey-Leclercq and Philip Barnett to its executive committee.
Macdonald was appointed president of Europe, Mergeai was made president of Asia-Pacific, Dempsey-Leclercq chief legal officer and Barnett president of strategic growth.
