French carmaker Peugeot SA and Italian-American carmaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV have completed their 50/50 merger, effective Jan. 16.
The companies have combined to form the world's fourth-largest global car manufacturer, which will be known as Stellantis NV.
Stellantis' common shares will begin trading on Euronext in Paris and the Mercato Telematico Azionario in Milan on Jan. 18. The shares will also trade on the NYSE on Jan. 19. The shares will be traded on all stock exchanges under the ticker symbol STLA.
