OneWater Marine closes Walker Marine acquisition

Georgia-based OneWater Marine Inc. on Jan. 4 said it completed its acquisition of Walker Marine Group Ltd. for an undisclosed sum in a bid to further expand its presence in Florida.

Boat company Walker Marine operates five locations in Florida and offers sales, service and parts, as well as financing and insurance services for boat brands.

Walker Marine generated revenue of more than $80 million in 2020.

Recreational boat retailer OneWater Marine operates 68 stores across 10 states.
