Itelligence acquires consulting company My Supply Chain Group

Itelligence AG, an SAP SE service provider, acquired U.S.-based consulting company My Supply Chain Group LLC for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition is expected to help expand Itelligence's U.S. presence, while adding supply chain planning and execution capabilities to its service portfolio, a Jan. 15 statement noted. It also complements Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp.'s recently entered partnership with SAP in the field of global logistics control, which entails providing cloud services, infrastructure management services and business consulting.

My Supply Chain Group is a provider of SAP's extended warehouse management and integrated business planning platforms.

Itelligence is a subsidiary of NTT unit NTT DATA Corp.
