Brazil-based Itaú Unibanco Holding SA is preparing to issue sustainable bonds worth at least $750 million, Valor Econômico reported, citing a source familiar with the matter.
The bank will have the option of redeeming the securities, which will carry a term of 10 years and three months, five years after the issuance date.
BTG Pactual, Citi, Credit Agricole, Goldman Sachs, Itaú BBA and J.P. Morgan are managing the planned issuance, according to the report.
