European investment firm Egeria Capital Management BV will buy a majority stake in Klafs GmbH & Co. KG, a German maker of sauna systems, steam baths and related products and services, in a deal expected to close in the first quarter.
The sellers and Klafs' management team will still hold minority stakes and the existing leadership team will continue to run the business.
Klafs will use the investment to pursue further global expansion and acquisitions.
