Berkshire Partners acquires North American car wash solutions provider

Berkshire Partners LLC purchased National Carwash Solutions LP from fellow middle-market private equity firm AEA Investors LP.

National Carwash offers car wash systems, aftermarket parts, cleaning fluids, vacuums and related equipment and services for North American customers, including convenience store and retail car wash operators. It is behind such brands as MacNeil Wash Systems, Ryko Solutions, CleanTouch Cleaning Solutions, Cleaning Systems Inc., TSS Car Wash Services and Vacutech Vacuums.

National Carwash's leadership team will continue as key shareholders and participants in the company's next growth phase.

BlackArch Partners LLC was the financial adviser to National Carwash in the transaction.
