Arthur J. Gallagher acquires Phoenix-based risk program administrator

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. acquired Phoenix-based Ashton Tiffany LLC for undisclosed financial terms.

The target's founders John Ashton and Michael Tiffany Jr., along with their associates, will continue to operate from their current location as part of Arthur J. Gallagher's risk program administrators division under the direction of Cynthia LaMantia.

Ashton is a full-service risk program administrator serving clients throughout the state of Arizona.
