Argo Infrastructure Partners LP has entered into an agreement to acquire Corning Natural Gas Holding Corp. for about $150 million, according to a Jan. 13 news release.
Under the agreement, Argo will acquire all shares of Corning common stock for $24.75 per share.
Upon completion of the deal, Corning said it expects to maintain its leadership team and employees with no changes in operations and customer service. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2021.
