Aggregate confirms interest in CA Immo stake

Aggregate Holdings SA confirmed it is considering a potential acquisition of a stake in CA Immobilien Anlagen AG.

The plan could include a launching of a partial takeover offer for the shares in the Austrian real estate company, Aggregate said, adding that there is no certainty that a deal would proceed.
