Esther has worked at S&P Global for 14 years and was previously a Senior Reporter in the S&P Global Market Intelligence newsroom where she wrote about climate change, ESG and energy issues. Prior, Esther worked two years as a reporter at Politico and spent several years before that in the S&P Global Platts energy newsroom in Washington, D.C. Esther earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Washington Adventist University in Takoma Park, Maryland.

With more than 25 years’ experience in corporate citizenship and sustainability, Alyson Genovese leads S&P Global’s global corporate responsibility
With more than 25 years’ experience in corporate responsibility and sustainability, Alyson Genovese leads S&P Global’s global corporate responsibility strategy and implementation.
In this role, she oversees S&P Global’s work with nonprofit and corporate responsibility partners, the company’s employee engagement programs as well as its philanthropic work. Alyson and her team also lead the company’s ESG performance, reporting and enterprise-wide integration.
Prior to joining S&P Global, Alyson was the head of North America for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), an independent organization providing the world’s most widely used standards for sustainability management, tracking and disclosure. Alyson was the principal owner of Cause Solutions, a strategic advisory group serving business and nonprofit organizations in program design & implementation, corporate responsibility and stakeholder engagement. She built her experience in community investment, cause branding, and stakeholder communications through earlier roles at Comcast, Points of Light Foundation and more.
Alyson holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a graduate certificate in nonprofit & public administration from George Mason University. She received her bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University. When not working, she can be found chasing her husband and two teenage daughters around Utah’s Wasatch Mountains.

Alessandro Badinotti works as Sustainability Analyst within Horizons, S&P Global's centralized source for sustainability intelligence. Together with a global team of analysts, he’s responsible for maintaining and developing the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), an annual evaluation of companies’ sustainability practices that are both industry-specific and financially material. His cross-industry focus areas are greenhouse gas emissions and transparency in sustainability reporting.

Lin is the head of Sustainability Analytics Services (SAS), part of S&P Global Energy Horizons.
Lin is the head of Sustainability Analytics Services (SAS), part of S&P Global Horizons. She oversees a global team of experts who work directly with client, and help customers get analytical insights around Sustainability and Climate Risk. Lin and her team have experiences working with clients from both financial sector and non-financial corporates. She’s worked on projects to help clients identify ESG materiality topics, quantify scope 1,2, and 3 carbon emissions, and assess exposure to climate related risks.
Lin joined S1 from S&P Global Energy, where she spent just over 10 years covering many aspects of the energy market. Lin was among the contributing authors on S&P Global Energy’ Energy Transition Atlas and is an expert in renewable policy. She is very passionate about Sustainability analytics, with past experience interning at UN’s Dept of Economic Affairs, and at IIASA with research on the risks from climate policy uncertainties. Lin also holds a Ph.D. degree for Energy Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
