James manages Trucost’s data team, with responsibility for maintaining and developing Trucost’s intellectual property for use by Financial Institution and Corporate clients. He is also part of Trucost’s senior management team.
He has been the lead analyst and project manager for hundreds of projects that have provided multinational corporations and investment organizations with actionable insights to help meet their sustainability objectives. Previously, James served as Head of North American research at Trucost. Areas of expertise include the quantification of environmental impacts in investment portfolios across asset classes, assessing greenhouse gas emissions and water use in company supply chains and value chains, valuing environmental risks and natural capital dependencies, and integration of environmental performance information into business and investment decision making to reduce risk and generate financial benefits.

Global Head of Market Development for ESG & Climate Credit Risk
Prerna leads the global market strategy for our Climate and ESG-linked Credit & Risk Solutions. She joined S&P Global Market Intelligence in May 2017 as a Director in the Product Specialist team for Credit Risk Solutions, leading efforts in Southeast Asia and Japan. Previously she was at Fitch Ratings where she was part of the Business and Relationship Management team in Singapore managing new business initiatives for the corporate ratings business. Prior to that, she spent 2 years at Standard Chartered on the debt markets desk, where she assisted Indian corporates in issuing debt in G3 and select Asian currencies, such as SGD and JPY. She also spent 7 years in J.P. Morgan’s investment banking team, covering financial institution clients in India. Prerna is a certified Chartered Accountant from India.

Managing Director, Head of Private Credit, iLEVEL
Jocelyn has responsibility for the go-to-market strategy for iLEVEL Credit within S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Jocelyn leads the credit strategy globally for our private markets portfolio monitoring platform, iLEVEL, and co-hosts our Private Markets 360o podcast. In this role, Jocelyn leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with product, sales and client engagement to ensure we are innovating to support future market and client needs. Previously, Jocelyn held roles including global head of private credit strategy for WSO, our loan administration and loan agency solution, as well as regional head of our private valuation services.
Jocelyn joined S&P Global in 2016 with 15 years of asset management experience across private credit, direct lending, asset-based finance, special situations, and private equity. This experience includes eight years at Fortress Investment Group as a Vice President of Asset Management in the Credit Funds. Jocelyn managed middle market direct loans and asset-based finance investments and focused on restructuring distressed investments stemming from the 2008 financial crisis. Jocelyn also worked at D.B. Zwirn & Co. focusing on asset management and Wells Fargo Capital Finance, where she was part of the asset-based lending portfolio management and audit teams.
Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Since 2019, Lim is part of the S&P Global Horizons Sustainability Benchmarking team where he helps companies to better understand their ESG performance.
Since 2019, Lim is part of the S&P Global Horizons Sustainability Benchmarking team where he helps companies to better understand their ESG performance. Since 2022 he leads the development for Private Markets. He first started in the ESG Research team as an ESG Analyst in 2018 where he assessed companies as part of the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).
Before working for S&P, Lim worked for Futureproofed (2014-2017), a strategy consultancy that supports companies transition to a sustainable and low-carbon business model. He also holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and has an additional Management degree in innovation and entrepreneurship from the Antwerp Management School (Belgium). He is also a driving force of the GreenBuzz network Zurich chapter, a NGO that drives sustainability leadership in organizations.
