Joe is an Associate Director within the Desktop Product & Market Development team with a focus on the Corporates and Professional Services segment. He has been with S&P Global since 2012 working in various roles within the organization, including Client Support, CMBS analysis for S&P Global Ratings, and a Commercial rep for several different customer segments. He now oversees Product and Market Development for the Corporates and Professional Services workflows with a focus on the S&P Capital IQ Desktop.

Joe Mantone is the News Desk Manager for the U.S. financial institutions group at S&P Global Market Intelligence and the author of a quarterly white paper on M&A and equity capital markets activity. He also hosts the new podcast The Pipeline: M&A and IPO Insights.
Joe joined the U.S. FIG team in 2008 and covered investment banks for more than 10 years before moving into his current role. Joe has been working as a business journalist for nearly 20 years and previously worked for The Wall Street Journal and the Crain Communications magazine, Modern Healthcare. Joe is based in New York.
He holds a master’s degree in journalism from Roosevelt University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Arizona State University.

Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance
Mr. DeAngelo is Global Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He brings more than three decades of corporate finance and private equity experience, completing more than 75 M&A transactions with a transaction value of $25 billion. Mr. DeAngelo also serves on the firm’s Management Committee. He has served clients in various business services segments, including the marketing services, information services, and specialty consulting practice areas.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. DeAngelo was a Managing Director at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he led the Technology and Financial Services M&A group. His prior experience also includes roles as a Partner at Roark Capital Group, Founder and Partner of Peachtree Equity Partners, and Managing Director at Wachovia Capital Associates. Mr. DeAngelo also served on the board of directors for Marlin Business Services (NASD:MRLN) from 2001 to 2022.
Mr. DeAngelo holds a B.A. magna cum laude in Economics from Colgate University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

EY-Parthenon Global Vice Chair, Global Leader - Strategy and Transactions
Andrea is the EY-Parthenon Global Vice Chair, Global Leader - Strategy and Transactions. Prior to this role, he led the Transactions Advisory service line for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) since 2014, guiding thousands of transaction professionals, working across three continents and 99 countries. After joining EY as an auditor in Milan in 1995, Andrea took a secondment to London to join Corporate Finance. He returned to Milan in 2000 to work in Transactions, becoming the global leader for the Transaction Support function in 2004, and subsequently was appointed leader of Transactions for the Mediterranean Region in 2012. As a business advisor and transactions practitioner himself, Andrea has advised corporate boards and private equity firms across the globe on a large range of transactional and transformational situations including M&A, post-deal integrations, strategic portfolio reviews, initial public offerings, reorganizations and restructuring processes. Andrea graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Modena. He has been a Registered Auditor since 1999 and EY-Parthenon partner since 2005.
